Welcome to Cronus Zen Script Library. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the site, or using any script, guide, value, download, or related resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products and Subscription Access. Cronus Zen Script Library is a subscription-based digital service. Your selected plan determines which scripts, guides, values, resources, and support options you can access. We may add, remove, reorganize, or update library content at any time.

1.1 Nature of Products. The products and resources provided through the service are digital materials, including scripts in .GPC format intended for use with Cronus Zen devices. No physical product is shipped. Access to files and resources is provided through the platform or related delivery channels.

1.2 Subscription Duration. Access is available only while your subscription is active and in good standing. If you cancel, fail to pay, issue a chargeback, breach these terms, or misuse the service, access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked.

2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

2.1 Unauthorized Access. If account sharing, credential abuse, suspicious access, or unauthorized use is detected, Cronus Zen Script Library may suspend or terminate the account without reimbursement.

3. License and Acceptable Use. Active subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use available scripts and resources for personal use only. You may not copy, leak, resell, redistribute, publish, modify for distribution, reverse-engineer, scrape, automate extraction of, or commercially exploit any scripts, guides, recommended values, files, downloads, or site content.

3.1 Prohibited Conduct. You may not bypass access controls, share files with third parties, upload paid content elsewhere, sell access to our resources, abuse support channels, interfere with the platform, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations. Because our products are digital and access may be delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, failure to use scripts correctly, compatibility issues, unused subscription time, or a change of mind unless required by law or specifically approved by us.

4.1 Subscription Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period. Unless access is terminated for a violation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual Property. All scripts, guides, recommended values, documentation, branding, layouts, downloads, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Cronus Zen Script Library or its licensors. A subscription grants access and a personal-use license only; it does not transfer ownership.

6. Service Availability and Updates. We aim to keep the platform and scripts useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, updates, third-party failures, or security events may affect availability. Scripts may be updated for performance or compatibility, but we do not guarantee that any script will work indefinitely after game patches, firmware updates, console changes, or other external changes.

7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these terms, share or leak scripts, commit fraud, initiate abusive chargebacks, misuse support, attempt to bypass protections, or otherwise harm the service. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. No Warranty. Digital products and resources are provided as is and as available. Cronus Zen Script Library does not guarantee error-free operation, universal compatibility, uninterrupted access, or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cronus Zen Script Library is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, subscriptions, scripts, guides, downloads, accounts, or support resources.

10. User Responsibility. Users are responsible for complying with applicable game, console, device, platform, and local rules. Cronus Zen Script Library is not responsible for bans, restrictions, account penalties, loss of access, or other consequences imposed by third parties.

11. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site or service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
